How to Enable or Disable Push Notification for Trainwell

The Trainwell App has multiple ways to remind you of a workout - including sending a notification directly to your device.

Enabling or Disabling Push Notifications for the Trainwell app is very simple! It's all done through your phone settings, not the Trainwell App.

1. When you first open the Trainwell app, you should be asked if you would like to enable notifications - pressing "Allow" will automatically turn these on.

2. You can also navigate to your iPhone settings: Settings > Notifications > scroll down to Trainwell

3. Clicking into Trainwell will present you with all notification options. You can either Allow or Not Allow the notifications at the top of your screen.

4. You will also see other options, like where you would like the notifications to appear, whether you'd like sound when you receive a notification, and other options!
