Cancel or Reschedule a Call with Your Trainer
This article details how to cancel or reschedule a previously scheduled call with your trainer.
If you have not yet scheduled a call with your trainer, please start at this article: Schedule a Call with Your Trainer.
Once the call has been confirmed, you will receive confirmation via text, email, and through the in-app chat with your trainer.
Please note you can cancel or reschedule the call through the links provided via email and in-app chat only, but not via SMS. You can also cancel or reschedule a call through the Billing Portal in the app or online.
Cancel or reschedule from the Billing portal:
On your Android or iOS device, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap the Menu or Profile icon in the top left
Scroll to Account, then tap Billing
Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner
Tap Manage calls
Alternatively you can select Manage calls from the Menu icon through the online billing portal here: https://account.trainwell.net/billing.
Cancel or reschedule from the in-app chat:
From the Today screen, tap the Chat tab in the lower right corner
Scroll in the chat to locate the automated message containing the call confirmation
Tap the Reschedule link in the chat to reschedule the call
Tap the Cancel link to cancel the call
You will receive a canceled or rescheduled confirmation immediately after via chat, email, and SMS
Cancel or reschedule from the confirmation email:
From the email app on your device associated with your trainwell subscription, open the email invitation containing the call confirmation and links
Scroll until you reach the the reschedule and cancel links under "Need to make changes to this event?"
Tap the Reschedule link in the email to reschedule the call
Tap the Cancel link to cancel the call
You will receive a canceled or rescheduled confirmation immediately after via chat, email, and SMS
