Schedule a Call with Your Trainer
iPhone (See below for Android)
On your iPhone, open the trainwell app
Go to the Chat tab, then tap the conversation with your trainer
Tap the calendar icon in the top right corner
Select your preferred date and time
Tap Confirm
Once the call has been confirmed, you will receive confirmation via text, email, and through the in-app chat with your trainer.
On the date of your call, tap the Join Call link from any of the call confirmation notifications to join the call via Google Meet at the scheduled time
Android (See above for iPhone)
On your Android device, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap the Menu icon in the top left
Tap Schedule call
Select your preferred date and time
Tap Confirm
Once the call has been confirmed, you will receive confirmation via text, email, and through the in-app chat with your trainer.
