Cancel Your Trainwell Plan

*Note for Peloton Personal Trainer users: If you cancel your subscription, this will only apply to your Peloton Personal Trainer plan and will not affect your Peloton All-Access membership in any way.


How To Cancel your Trainwell Plan:

• Access the Billing Portal in the app by going to your Profile picture icon (for IOS) or the Menu icon (for Android) and then tap Billing

  • Alternatively you can log into the Billing portal online at https://account.trainwell.net

• Under Plans, select Cancel

• On the Cancel plan popup, check the 3 boxes and select Next

• Confirm you wish to cancel instead of pause by selecting Cancel plan

• Select the cancellation reason(s) (if Other, enter reason in the Please specify box) and select Next

• Select Cancel plan to confirm cancellation
