Cancel Your Trainwell Plan

Access the Billing Portal in the app by going to your Profile picture icon (for IOS) or the Menu icon (for Android) and then tap Billing

• Alternatively you can log into the Billing portal online at https://account.trainwell.net

Under Plans, select Cancel

On the Cancel plan popup, check the 3 boxes and select Next

Confirm you wish to cancel instead of pause by selecting Cancel plan

Select the cancellation reason(s) (if Other, enter reason in the Please specify box) and select Next

Select Cancel plan to confirm cancellation
