Pause Your Trainwell Plan

You can pause your trainwell subscription for the upcoming billing cycle through the billing portal in the app or via the online billing portal at any time.

Please note, since pausing is based on billing cycles, the annual subscription plan cannot be paused at this time.

Note that our pause system only allows you to pause for one billing cycle at a time. 3-month plans will be paused for 3 months, while monthly plans can only be paused for 1 month.

How to pause:

  • Access the Billing Portal in the app by going to your profile picture icon (for IOS) or the Menu icon (for Android) and then tap Billing

  • Under Plans, select Pause

  • On the Pause plan popup, enter details in the Reason for pause box, and select Pause
