Change Trainer or Switch Trainer

Note: You may change trainers at any time for any reason.

iPhone (See below for Android)

On your iPhone, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap your profile image in the top left
- Alternatively you can change trainers online by logging into https://account.trainwell.net

Tap Change Trainer
Scroll to view a list of available trainers

Tap Learn more to read a description of each trainer
Tap See more trainers to view all available trainers
Once you’ve made your selection, tap "Switch to" to gain access to that trainer's calendar and schedule an onboarding call

Android (See above for iPhone)

On your Android device, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap the menu icon in the top left
- Alternatively you can change trainers online by logging into https://account.trainwell.net
