Can't Log In, Help!

If you're experiencing trouble logging in, please try the troubleshooting steps below and don't hesitate to reach out to support@trainwell.net if you're still having trouble.

Login method didn't work?

If you couldn't log in with your phone number, try using the email address associated with your account. If you used your email, try logging in with your phone number.

Currently on wifi?
Sometimes switching to cellular data (if you're currently on wifi) can help, or switching to wifi if you're currently on cellular data.

Multiple login attempts?

Only the newest sign-in link will work, so tap on the link in the most recent email if you've tried to log in multiple times.

Using a VPN?
Try turning off your VPN before tapping the sign-in link - sometimes VPNs don't play nice.

On your computer?
Our sign-in link will only work if you tap when you're on your phone. Please open the email with the link on your mobile device where the trainwell app is installed.

Haven't gotten the email or text yet?
The email with the sign-in link may take a couple minutes to send, so please be patient.

No Account Found?
If you have other email addresses or phone numbers you currently use or have used previously, the account may be listed under those login credentials instead.
