Enable/Disable Background App Refresh (iOS)

Background App Refresh allows your apps to update and refresh their data in the background, even when they're not in use. This helps ensure that your Trainwell app is up-to-date, and will provide you with the best user experience.
Setting up Background App Refresh is easy!
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Click on "General"
Scroll down and click on "Background App Refresh"
Next to the Trainwell app, ensure the toggle is on (green should be showing)
At the top of this page in your settings, you'll also see an option for when you'd like your apps to refresh. You can select Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi & Cellular Data. Either option will work, but note using Cellular Data will consume more battery and use data from your cellular plan.
