Backup Workouts
Backup Workouts are set by your trainer to give you options - perhaps you want to workout, but your scheduled workout is longer than you have time for. Or maybe you are sore from a previous workout, and you'd rather perform a more relaxed workout.
Whatever the reason - Backup Workouts allow you to still complete a workout and keep your streak intact, while allowing much more flexibility than before.
Backups are easy to find!
The easiest place to find your Backups is on the Today tab, right beneath your scheduled workout.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Backup Workouts will only show on your Today tab on days that you have a scheduled workout. If you don't have a workout scheduled, you will not see a Backup Plan listed on the Today Tab.
Completing a Backup is the same as completing your scheduled workout - it will count towards your streak and there is no need for you to complete the other workout
Your trainer needs to add workouts to your Backup Plan - if you don't see any at all, ask your trainer and they should be able to add them!
