Cannot hear trainer audio

iPhone (See below for Android)
On your iPhone, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap your profile picture in the top left
Tap Settings
Enable all options under WATCH AND HAPTIC and VOICE INSTRUCTIONS and adjust the volume
Also try adjusting your phone's volume during your workout
If you are still unable to hear the trainer audio or some prompts are missing
Android (See above for iPhone)
On your Android device, open the trainwell app
Go to the Today tab, then tap the menu button in the top left
Tap App Settings
Enable voice instructions and adjust the volume
