Cannot hear trainer audio

iPhone (See below for Android)

  • On your iPhone, open the trainwell app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap your profile picture in the top left

  • Tap Settings

  • Enable all options under WATCH AND HAPTIC and VOICE INSTRUCTIONS and adjust the volume

    • Also try adjusting your phone's volume during your workout

  • If you are still unable to hear the trainer audio or some prompts are missing

  • On your Android device, open the trainwell app

  • Go to the Today tab, then tap the menu button in the top left

  • Tap App Settings

  • Enable voice instructions and adjust the volume

    • Also try adjusting your phone's volume during your workout

  • If you're still unable to hear the trainer audio or some prompts are missing:
