Restart the Trainwell app on your Apple Watch

*Note for Peloton Personal Trainer users: Please follow the below steps for Peloton Personal Trainer rather than Trainwell.

Tip: Restarting the Trainwell app may resolve connection issues between your iPhone and Apple Watch

Press and hold the Side button while the Trainwell app is running on your Apple Watch
When the Power Off options appear, release the Side button
Press and hold the Digital Crown until the watch face appears
To reopen the app, press the Digital Crown and turn it to zoom out and find the Trainwell app
Tap the Trainwell app icon, then turn the Digital Crown to zoom in and open the app
