Tip: You can manage Apple Watch apps directly on your watch, or using the Watch app on your iPhone

On your iPhone, open the Watch app
Tap the My Watch tab
Apps that you can install appear in the Available Apps section
To add the Trainwell app to your watch, tap INSTALL next to Trainwell.
