Track Strength Progress
Did you know you can track your strength progress over time for exercises you've performed?
You can add any exercise you've performed during your workouts in the Strength Progress section to track information such as total volume, one rep max, total sets, and personal records over time.
* Please note you must perform the exercise in at least two workouts to track it in the Strength Progress section
To begin tracking:
From the Today tab of the app, tap on your Profile icon (or Menu icon for Android) in the upper left corner
Tap Strength Progress
Tap on the + icon in the upper right of the screen
Select an exercise from the available options or tap the search bar
You can tap on the + icon next to any exercise you're not currently tracking
Each of the exercises you add will now appear in the Strength progress section of the app and you can tap on each exercise to view tracked data
Select an exercise from the list to view a Summary and Strength Progress over time for that specific exercise
