Change or Modify Billing Date

Your billing date is set automatically based on the date you complete the trial period. For example, if you complete your trial on November 14th on a 3-month subscription, future billings will occur quarterly on the 14th for each 3 month cycle following the initial charge post-trial (February 14th, May 14th, and so on).

In most cases, you can change or modify your billing date through utilizing the pause feature, since this feature essentially delays billing (pausing is not possible on an annual plan).

To place a pause on your account:

  • From the trainwell app, tap Profile icon or Menu icon in the upper left

  • Under Account, select Billing

  • From the billing page, tap Pause

  • Once the pause goes into effect (typically for the upcoming billing cycle) you can resume from pause on the exact date you'd like to move your billing to

    • You will not have app access while paused since billing is also paused during the pause period

  • Billing will occur automatically on the day you resume from pause, and the date you resume will become your new billing date moving forward
