Renew Your Trainwell Subscription
Welcome back! 🎉
If you previously had an account with trainwell, you can log back into the trainwell app at any time with your email or phone number in order to renew your subscription and get started back with your workouts.
If you do not remember the phone number or email you used for your account or you encounter an error message logging in, please reach out to trainwell customer support via email for assistance at support@trainwell.net.
Once you've logged into the app you may encounter an alert letting you know your account is in cancelled status with a prompt to Update your subscription or Dismiss the alert if you don't wish to renew.
To renew your subscription:
Tap Update, then tap Renew plan
Select a plan option from the available choices
Billing will occur immediately and app access will be restored instantly
If you need to update your payment method prior to renewing your account, you can add a new payment method via the online billing portal here: https://account.trainwell.net/billing
Renew via the online billing portal:
Log in to the online portal here: https://account.trainwell.net/billing
Tap Renew plan if the Default payment method is correct
Tap Add payment method if the preferred card is not listed or if the card has expired
Select a plan from the available options
Billing will occur immediately and app access will be restored instantly
If more than one payment method exists:
Tap Make default under the preferred payment method
If you'd like to remove the other payment method on file, tap Delete
Since a valid payment method is required to be on file for your subscription, please note you will only see an option to Delete if more than one payment method exists
If you'd like all payment methods to be removed from your account post-cancellation, you must submit an account deletion request
