Navigate Workout from List View

List view is a great feature to use if you'd like to make changes to specific exercises prior to starting your workout, to preview what's coming next during your workout, or to navigate the workout exclusively from the list view if that's your preference!

To access List View, tap on the icon with three bulleted lines

  • To navigate to a specific exercise (and have it return to the main exercise screen), tap on the exercise you'd like to start (1).

  • To edit one or multiple exercises, tap Edit (iOS) or the Pencil icon (Android) next to the exercise from the list

  • To navigate the workout exclusively from the list view, simply scroll through the list and click on the exercise you'd like to complete

  • To exit List View, tap on the center icon again (2) to return to the main workout screen
