Connect Google Fit to Health Connect

In order for data to sync between Google Fit > Health Connect > trainwell, sharing permissions must be enabled across each app.

To connect Google Fit to Health Connect:

• Download Health Connect https://help.trainwell.net/en/articles/508032

• Once you've downloaded Health Connect, a prompt should appear on the Home screen of the Google Fit app to Sync Fit with Health Connect

- OR -

• Tap the Profile icon in the lower left corner

• Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper left corner

• From Settings, toggle on Sync Fit with Health Connect
  

Please note, you'll also need to enable sharing permissions between Health Connect and trainwell.
