Push a Workout

We know life can get busy, and sometimes a little flexibility can help (while still reaching your fitness goals)!

If you know you won't be able to complete the assigned workout for a particular day, you can push the workout forward by one day in the app.

Here's how to push a workout:

  • From the Today tab, go to the scheduled workout day on the calendar view in the app

  • Under To Do, tap Push 1 Day on the workout you'd like to push

  • Select Yes, Push Workout and the workout will be moved forward by one day

  • You can push a workout using the "Push 1 Day" feature once per workout and your trainer will be notified that you've pushed the workout forward.


If you anticipate needing to push your workout by more than one day, you can reach out to your trainer directly via the Chat tab to request the workout be moved to a later date.
