Delete Your Trainwell Account

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT IS PERMANENT AND CANNOT BE UNDONE. Your trainwell account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

You can request that your trainwell account be deleted at any time. If you just want to cancel your subscription, please see our article on canceling.

You can request account deletion from the trainwell app.

On iPhone:

• Go to the Today tab, then tap Profile (top left corner)

  Tap Settings, then scroll down to Account Deletion

• Tap Request, then confirm by tapping Delete

On Android:

• Tap the hamburger menu (top left corner)

• Tap App Settings, then scroll to the bottom

• Tap Deletion of Account and Data, the confirm by tapping Delete

NOTE: THIS ACTION WILL END YOUR TRAINWELL SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY.

To request account deletion outside the trainwell app, email support@trainwell.net with your request and include the following details associated with your trainwell account:

• First and last name

• Phone number

• Email address

Please note the following:

• The full account deletion process can take up to 30 days.

• Deleting your account does not unsubscribe you from our marketing emails. To unsubscribe from our emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any trainwell email you've received.
