Screen Mirroring/Casting Trainwell

Many clients have successfully displayed their workouts on a larger screen using Screen Mirroring, AirPlay, or a compatible cable.

Please note: Trainwell does not officially test or support screen mirroring or casting, so compatibility may vary depending on your device.

Option 1: Screen Mirroring (Recommended)

If your Smart TV supports Screen Mirroring:

Swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPhone to open Control Center.
Tap the Screen Mirroring button (shown below).

Select your compatible TV from the list of available devices.
Your iPhone screen, including your Trainwell workout, should now appear on your TV or Computer.

Option 2: AirPlay

Some TVs support AirPlay, which may also allow you to display your iPhone on a larger screen.

If your TV supports AirPlay:

Open Control Center.
Tap the AirPlay button (shown below).

Select your compatible TV or display.
Follow any prompts shown on your devices.

Note: The AirPlay option and setup process may vary depending on your TV and iOS version.

Option 3: Connect Using a Cable

You may also be able to connect your iPhone or iPad directly to your TV using a compatible Lightning or USB-C to HDMI adapter and HDMI cable.

The exact setup steps may vary depending on your adapter.
