Using a Heart Rate Monitor with Trainwell

Connecting Your Heart Rate Monitor to Trainwell

We’re excited to announce that Trainwell now supports integration with third-party heart rate monitors! While we have long supported the Apple Watch, this new feature allows you to use your favorite chest straps and wearables to share real-time heart rate during the workout with your trainer.

Seeing your heart rate during a session helps your trainer dial in your intensity and track your progress with even greater precision.
