Restart Trainwell App on Android Watch

If you encounter an issue with the phone and watch being out of sync during your workout or navigation that is not functioning, in some cases restarting the app on your watch can help.

Here's how to restart the trainwell app:

• During an active workout with the watch, tap either of the side buttons (top or bottom) to minimize the app and return to the watch face screen

  • The app will continue to run in the background and you can tap the "t" trainwell logo on the home screen of the watch to return to the trainwell app if needed

• From the watch face screen, swipe up to access the full app grid

• Tap Settings > Apps > App List

• Scroll to select trainwell > scroll down and tap "Force stop"

• Tap the check mark to confirm and then tap Open to reopen the trainwell app and you'll be returned to where you left off in your workout
