Update the Trainwell App on Android

To ensure the best app experience, we recommend staying up to date with the latest trainwell app version available for download. The steps below detail how to check for updates on your Android phone and WearOS smart watch.

Please note, the watch and phone app must be updated individually whenever an update is released unless automatic app updates are enabled on each device.

On your Android phone:

• Open the Google Play Store app

• At the top right, tap your profile icon

• Tap Manage apps & devices.

• Under Updates available select Update all or tap into updates to select check if trainwell has an update available.

  • If an update is available, trainwell will appear in the Pending downloads section

Alternatively, you can open Google Play Store and search for the trainwell app. If an update is available, an Update button will be available. If the app is fully up to date, you will see an Open button instead to open the app.

On your WearOS-enabled Android watch:

• Swipe up on the home screen of your watch or press the crown (if applicable)

• Select the Google Play Store app, then tap Manage apps

• Tap Update all
